On the 11 and 12 July, the Campus of International Excellence 'Mare Nostrum 37/38' took part in the Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) Think Tank and Senate (to which it belongs), both of them held in the European Parliament, in Brussels.

Gaspar Ros (Vice-rector of Research and Internationalisation of the University of Murcia) and Pascual Pérez Paredes (General Co-ordinator of Campus Mare Nostrum) represented the CMN-University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena in the meeting.

During the meeting, it was put forward the launch of International joint degrees, granted by the EMUNI seal and taught in the different participant universities, the implementation of Master’s programmes with the Union for the Mediterranean as well as other university co-operation actions.
ENPI projects were analysed and activities carried out by EMUNI partner universities were detailed. Many of these activities were implemented by Campus Mare Nostrum 37/38.

The European Parliament was the chosen place to celebrate these important EMUNI Think Tank and Senate actions. The Senate is the EMUNI representative and decision-making body.
