CEI.MARNET Foundation meeting

The Rectors of Campus of International Excellence ‘Mare Nostrum 37/38’, José Antonio Cobacho and José Antonio Franco, will attend  in Vigo this week the founding meeting of the new CEI.MARNET, a network of CEIs focused on marine sciences.

CEI.MARNET will appoint during the meeting its Governing Board, its President and its General Coordinator and will present its objectives and contribution to the Spanish R + D + i in the field of marine sciences, as well as the planned action of transfer and entrepreneurship and training and joint postgraduate activities among others...

Besides the Rectors of the University of Murcia and of the Polytechnical University of Cartagena, Campus of International Excellence 'Mare Nostrum 37/38' will be represented in the meeting by the Vice Chancellor for Research and Internationalization of the University of Murcia, Gaspar Ros , and the CMN General Coordinator, Pascual Pérez-Paredes.

The Deputy Minister of Research, Carmen Vela, will also attend the meeting.
