EMUNI Summer Schools 2025
Desde su creación en 2008, la Universidad Euromediterránea EMUNI, uno de los proyectos prioritarios de la Unión por el Mediterráneo, se ha convertido en una institución internacional que reúne los conocimientos y la experiencia de los países euromediterráneos y contribuye así de forma significativa a la creación de un espacio euromediterráneo unificado e integrado de educación superior e investigación.

Desde la oficina CMN con la premisa que los estudiantes de la UMU puedan desarrollar su periodo formativo atendiendo no solo a las actividades de sus programas de estudios, sino también actividades de formación transversal que potencien sus competencias y aptitudes personales de cara al mercado laboral, hemos puesto en marcha la convocatoria de Acciones Especiales del Campus de Excelencia Internacional Mare Nostrum con la que optar a ayudas de un máximo de 700€ y sufragar gastos de desplazamiento, alojamiento,etc

SUMMER COURSES 2025
1. Healthy and Active Lifestyle (HALS, 3rd edition)
📍 Location: EMUNI University, Piran, Slovenia
📅 Dates: 8–12 September 2025
The HALS Summer School focuses on promoting health and well-being through a multidisciplinary approach that includes nutrition, physical activity, mental health, and sustainable living. Participants will engage in workshops, expert-led seminars, and outdoor activities designed to foster a deeper understanding of healthy lifestyle practices, particularly in the Mediterranean context.
2. Irrigation and Sustainable Oliviculture in the Mediterranean (ISOM, 1st edition)

The ISOM Summer School addresses sustainable agricultural practices, with a particular focus on water management and oliviculture in the Mediterranean. Through field visits, hands-on sessions, and lectures by leading experts, participants will explore innovative approaches to irrigation and sustainable farming in a region heavily impacted by climate change and water scarcity.
Both summer schools are open to advanced Bachelor's, Master's and PhD students from EMUNI’s network and beyond. Each programme includes lectures by distinguished international academics, interactive workshops, and site visits that enrich the academic and cultural experience.
