Dialogues in the Food System CMN-TRIPTOLEMOS. Innovation in new products and economic crisis

Food and its influence in health are a driver for innovatiion. Research comes at a cost but how to balance investment in research and the consumption crisis?

In the framework of "Mediterranean Know How", Campus Mare Nostrum, the public Universities of the Region (Universidad de Murcia y Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena), the Network of International Excellence Campus in Agro-food of the Triptolemus Foundation,  Obra Social La Caixa and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia organize this seminar aiming at the dissemination of the activities carried out in the Agro-food sector.
