These sessions also influence in the new challenges that several issues pose, such as the relationship between doctors and patients, the gender-based violence related to sanitary professional and in euthanasia and all the problematic that affects to a person who is at the end of his life, which are subjects that nowadays require a calm and responsible debate. Another large number of specialists, who are nationally and internationally relevant, will illustrate and debate about all these issues.
Biolaw, as a discipline which involves Law, Ethics and Science from an interdisciplinary approach, has to face the challenge of proposing working methods that provide points of view in finding a solution to those large controversies that the modern era presents; an era where law, ethics and science have to go together looking for fair solutions that respect human rights.
