Medicina. Universidad de MurciaThe University Master in Vision Science is an interuniversity degree, aimed at training university research and teaching, which is the first step to a doctoral thesis. It offers a comprehensive training in Vision Science, combining biomedical, physical-optical and neurophysiological aspects and the indispensable basic preparation for a future research scientist and university professor
The overall aim is to provide researchers and society future teachers in the field of Vision Sciences with multidisciplinary training using for this a combined and integrating approach to the biological, physical, neurophysiological and clinical study to the vision phenomena. This philosophy, which began with the Interuniversity Doctoral Program in Vision Science and tested in this Master offering from 2006-07, was a pioneer in the whole State, highlighting its relevance to the current needs of optimization of resources, both material as humans, and collaboration between research teams to enhance doctoral studies.
